MY APPROACH TO YOGA
My yoga journey has taught me a lot - especially about the mind-body connection. I think of myself more as a yogi student rather than a yoga teacher. That is why my classes focus on coming back to your body (your home), focusing on sensations, exploring choices, and moving with your breath in a way that feels nourishing for you, rather than adhering to one clear and formal style.
As for what to expect: you will see flavors of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin combined throughout my classes. All are taught with trauma awareness and a healthy dose of joy.
Kindly remember:
Yoga is for everybody and for every Body. Find what feels good for you right at this moment. Yoga belongs to all of us, you don’t need to look a certain way, wear something branded or live in a particular type of body to be able to enjoy the benefits of Yoga.
My invitation to you: allow yourself the space and grace to be curious, explore movement and see what comes out of it.
